Session Seven - 21/01/2026

The d20 is repairing itself with its 8 arms - it's been stored in the recording room
Hazel and Rosco are trying to interact with it as if it were a pet

Callisto checks out Pixel - definitely got hacked, it seems like they didn't mess with the cat, just took data about Nova from there
She thinks the person who did it was pretty good at their job
Nova thinks she should maybe get ECM hardening for Pixel? It's 2 Cash but would also require a License, which is another 2 Cash...

A couple days later

Someone we haven't seen Spacetown before comes into the cat cafe, and seems very excited to be there
She immediately goes to pick up Nexus, and takes them to one of the seats
Nerds out about robot cats with Izzy for a bit. Wears very fashionable pants and a low cut shirt
Her name's Haru Hiryu and she seems to know too much about Pixel
Overly curious about the cat cafe, and both end up in Izzy's office to have a covert conversation

She believes her dad worked on the d20, and that "they" killed him to cover it up (some Cartel)
There was a guy with the same last name as her that started as a science communicator
Canopus Hiryu. He did a lot in Grand Cross in robotics and physics, and he died around a year ago, apparently suicide
She gives Nova her business card

We noodle her and the dad
She's a socialite and scientist
Is in Marukyu a lot (party district)

In 2018 her father started working for Asano (Cartel Corp) and died the year after
Asano's known for engineering (housing to satellite construction), partially Earth-based
Appears as a progressive family business

It was only upgraded to a big cartel after the previous engineering company (icelandic Landvættir Orbital) had an accident where everyone died

Haru comes down in a bathing suit and a towel
Once we're inside she drops the air-headed pretense
After her father's death she dug around and found personal files about working on a "Dreamer Project" - apparently scrapped
Spider drone was hers
She wants us to find out more about this project since we're not under cartel surveillance like her
"First of all, I'm really cute and funny and have a swimming pool!"
She can also give us access to her workshop/office and future favours/paid gigs

Rosco's terrible social skills come to the forefront time and time again

She has a guy that used to work at Asano and now works for her, she might use him to send to the cat cafe - Edwin Aarden
